Seems like the clearcoat i use only reacts to clear and trans vinyl, and newer clear vinyl at that. something dif about it.
so rootbeer globby which is trans green had plenty of time to offgas so no probs at all with sticky or tackiness.
And same with new fancy haircut which is on neon glow green. Weirdness, and the joy of chemicals.
