Recently got an invite from Kajimura-san / Blobpus to partake in the upcoming Kaijin show at Kaiju Blue.

I have seen the Musyubel figure but it never really grabbed me. Once I had this guy in hand I just fell in love. It has an awesome feel / presence, the sculpt is just something you need to see in hand to fully appreciate.

Something still bugs me about the 'real' eye things sticking out of his head...the rest of the sculpt looks great, as do these colors!
Some toys definitely need to be seen personally to really appreciate.

I agree. GREAT figure!

The first time I held one, I was really surprised with how detailed it was. It has a really nice weight to it, and something about the body proportions is hard to appreciate in pictures. Also the leaf sculpt details really surprised me.

Nice work Rich! You blew my Musyubel out of the water! Thats cool that you got an invite to be part of the show. I love the colors, you metallics are always great, but I don't know how I feel about the eyes.... I kind of like the fact the Musyubel has no eyes, and as a toy it is pretty awesome.

Glad to see the Musyubel getting some custom treatment. I always thought it would be a good platform to work with since the sculpt is so heavily detailed with those feathers/leafs. Great work Rich! I actually do like the eyes on the horns as it gives it some new personality. Plus you cam move the horns up and down and make those eyes look all crazy!

Those fades from one rich color into another look so great, whole thing is a treat. Nice! You're one of the people I always check to see what's best.
