 A Dog and a Bear
These are about 3 inches tall. I do not know much about them yet. I have been told that they were made from 40 year old tooling that is owned by Anraku and that he painted them. They are each articulated at the neck. There are no maker markings on them. The dog has spots and a black band on each leg. The bear has silver paint highlights and shading. They came to me with the pipe cleaner bows on their necks. Anybody recognize these sculpts or have any other info?

Sorry about that, Pickle. I am just hoping to get some information on these figures, if there is any out there.

That looks very close, Paul! Just little differences here and there in the ears, mouth area, how the legs are positioned, but very close.
What do you know about yours?

pretty sure the dog was originally a celluloid toy which was what was used before vinyl . what paul posted on the bear was the first thing i thought of also .

I know he squeeks but that's about it. Did you see these reissues by Yamomark? I'm stoked I scored. Aparrently they are from the old Iron molds as well. There is a turtle and a girraffe as well.

Those are very nice, Paul!
Is that a three-eyed deer?
I was wondering what the reference in my original post to "40 year old tooling" meant. Does this refer to the molds?
