Re: Stanley Cup Woohoo - game 7 Friday! Is there anything better? Tonight was about as good as I've seen Fleury in goal this series. Some seriously great stops made by him towards the end there. Not to mention Scuderi's heriocs! Hot damn, you gotta love this if you're a hockey fan.

I thought the Wings might win at home but they couldn't pull it off.

Re: Stanley Cup And Crosby only played one shift in the third. I wanted the Pens to win, but like many others, I really didn't think they could beat the Wings in a seven game series. Hats off the them.

Re: Stanley Cup Wow I can't believe how effectively the Pens shut down the Wings. Wings came out so strong but could not capitalize at all. They could get absolutely nothing into the center lanes at Fleury. Stuart should not even be playing for Detroit next year. Guy made more mistakes and errant passes than I've ever seen in a hockey game. Fleury should have got the Conn Smythe not Malkin. I love how Bettman was booed!

Re: Stanley Cup Malkin's play in the entire post-season was far better than Fluery's. Fluery was solid in the last couple games but he had some pretty shitty games early on. Nobody is going to win the Conn Smythe after getting pulled in a game.
Congrats to the Pens. One of the best Cup finals I've seen in recent memory.
