SD has a few places.
Places I've been:
Pokez has the best vegan chimichangas ever.
Mandarin is a chinese place with a vegetarian menu. Decent, not great.
Places I haven't been:
Sips, another place of the chinese variety. (I've heard it's good)
Kung Food, supposedly they have a vegan drive thru. I've been told that this and Pokez are the only two places that we (my friend sarah and I) will be going.
Are you guys going to be going through LA or up to SF?

There is a veggie/vegan mexican place not far from downtown SD, Ramos should know the name. I don't know it well enough for the super local spots, but I rock the cinema sandwiches behind the hilton.
