Post Blue Mad Baron auctions
Thank you whoever did a buy it now on the second Blue Baron auction moments ago on YJA. Seriously was thinking of buying it while everyone was battling over the other auction. Had it all the way up to the point of one click away and then said to myself "you cannot afford this with your trip two weeks away". Seriously you did me a huge favor (no sarcasm either)!

Found it weird that the price of the first baron was over the BIN on the 2nd auction and still it went up. Did no one one else notice the 2nd one?

Sorry, I was too busy fighting out an auction elsewheres! Check the link and see if the final sale was above the BIN.

I forgot to save the link for the camo zag...but I'm dying to know how much it ended at. I think the auction was supposed to end at like 4 or 5 am.

I don't think the BIN Baron ORIGINALLY had a BIN and one was added later. This happens a lot, though. 2 of the same thing are up, one had a BIN that's lower than what the other ends at. Seller with the BIN probably was just happy to get that amount fast vs. waiting 5 days or something.

What did the first end at? I didn't bid because I think I know who the first bidder was and respect the ol' "dibs" policy.

That reminds me, did S7 ever do their thing with it or did that just kind of never flesh out? Or did it end up like "in store only" or something? Honestly I stopped paying attention. I feel old.

As far as the Camo Zag raffle the third page of this thread was maybe for real:

viewtopic.php?f=10&t=29329&start=50

No idea who got notice or when, figured they were joking but maybe not.

S7 is still waiting on the Camo Zags. We have been promised a few of them but I have no idea when they will arrive. I don't think they have been painted yet. Trust me you will know when we have them. I will give everyone at least a weeks notice.

There will be no favors or special treatment on these, everyone will have a fair shot. With that said I still haven't figure out what to do with them yet.

FINALLY!!!! I'm quite sick of being outbid on things I've been looking for awhile (I've lost over an over recently here and on yja). sti***** whoever you are learn to man up and bid high from the get go, it's like playing poker son. Get a high price in your head you're willing to bid far from where the auction price currently is. That way you won't be scrambling at the end.

My biggest regret was selling ol' purple and not buying ralph's blue baron. Problem solved. Sorry for the gloat but I was sick of losing...

Wow, if it wasn't for the ressurection of this thread I wouldn't have known how valuable the camo Zag was.
