 ghost guys? I know it's been discussed atleast once in the past but it was a while ago and I can't recall the info. Who makes these again and what are they called? Any extra info appreciated.

you have to collect tickets that are on the back of the sunguts header cards to get them. I think it was Baikin that said you need 10 tickets.

Yeah Sunguts...does anyone know if they were officially released? Also there was the thing about saving up your "points" off of the back of other Sunguts stuff and sending away for figures...was it for these guys?

yep it was the ones in the back row of that picture that you needed the tickets for!! I am pretty sure the one with the cat was sold regularly though.

I think you need 10 tickets to buy the entire set at a cost of 5,000 Yen (plus shipping and 1,000 Yen commission). I could be wrong though.
I did a google translation and the one in red is a "dead god with raccoon dog."
