Even with those you can get lucky, especially if you have cool friends lending a helping hand.

Yeah, it doesn't really snap into place.

Sort of just slides down the wrist like loose mitten if you have the arm down.

King Pepora.
Huh, don't know how much I like it yet. Need to see it scaled next to another toy.

Reminded me of Anraku. Not very Zollmenish.

I was just going to say it looked like a Chibull trying to break out of a Anraku Methyl or Cadmium...

That's what I thought too! And it's gotta be standard size given the price.

I can definitely see the Chibull/Alien Chiburu influence, especially in the head. This is kind of like a mutated version of one. Me thinks me like it.

So what is the origin of the King Pepora photo? EDIT...found the answer.

And, may I say in advance, Iove this dude...harken back to a majority 'skepticism' of Maza prior to release, and then a collective craze in the aftermath of release.

Dare I say this....

If the Zudon was Zollmen's "attempt" to be Bemon....this might be a shot at being Anraku.

Post Re: Zollmen Database- updated 6/22/09
I don't look at any company "trying to be" another company. They all make their own things, and hope that there is an interest. When I look at a toy, I look at it for a variety of attractive features. I think companies like Zollmen, Shikaruna, and a couple of others are wonderful--especially since they produce quality product, and we collectors who do not live in Japan (or are on an exclusive mailing list) have a legitimate shot at buying one the FIRST time around (read: reasonable price).

With regard to your comparison, Jay, as much as I love Bemon Smog Monster, I like I like the Zudon sculpt more. GASP!!!!! (Did I really write that? ) However, Mr. Yoda and the Bemon Team slam-dunk Zollmen on the paint application. It would be really cool to see a run of HP Zudon, as opposed to the standard FP.

I love this figure. The proboscis is a great idea and I think it is neat how it is movable. I think Zollmen has been releasing alot of good stuff this year and I can't wait to see what's next.

I have had zero luck with every Zollmen release and think I might be using the wrong email. I someone could PM the correct one I would appreciate it.
