When did PP add on the Personal tab to send money?
Am I missing something or is there really no fees when you send money that way.
If so, that's fucking awesome!

I don't think so.
I just tried it right now and I had $0 in my PP balance.

The only times I have incurred a fee was if someone sent a payment w/ a credit card or checked 'ebay item' instead of 'goods'. (I do not have a premium account.)

Post Re: No More PayPal Fees?
Interesting thread, because I was just wondering this weekend how much PP must be making on the take. For instance, a $120 payment to me was reduced to $116, and another of the same type just days later. Four dollars per transaction seems like a shit-load. Anyone have any insight on this?

I think normally the PP fee is around 4%.
