 Mummy Boy heads home
Well, I just got back from an extended trip to the further reaches of the globe (and thus why I have been non-existent over the last two weeks). In the next few days I will post some pics from the trip. Mummy Boy came along as well, and headed home to ground zero. Here is the starter....

Headed back through old haunts. Stopped by Petra to see the city and a few tombs here with old friends. After coming through the Siq, first stop is the treasury building. After visiting the whole town, I ended up at the Monastery. More city details later, but these are the highlights.

From Petra, it was just a quick trip across the Sinai until we were back home. Here we are at Giza! First stop the great Pyramid. A few photo ops with the pyramids. The sphinx is still sitting on it's mysteries. And finally off to our resting place: Ah, Tomb sweet tomb! See you all next time!

Cool photos with the pyramid as background. Very apt for the "mummy"boy.

 Re: Mummy Boy heads home
Mummy Boy seems very happy to be in such familiar surroundings. This must have been one special trip.

First time i've seen the pyramids since watching the new Transformers movie at the weekend. It was shite. I like the pics, Brian.

Very cool pics!
I'd love to take some of my toys on a trip around the globe! The best I've been able to do is New Orleans.
