Post Custom Mars Attacks 1/6
A couple months ago I had sent Hot Toys pics of my custom 1/6 Mars Attacks "flying martian" that's based off the old horror cards from the fifties. I created the figure when I got into Toygraph Space Troopers since Mars Attacks is what some of the figures are based on.
Their website is currently filled with some strange references look very reminiscent of Mars Attacks-primarily the red and green skeletons and Mars Attackish new logo.

I guess they liked it? If they make high quality toys of the original 50's version of these characters, I'll be all over them for sure!

Man that looks nice. I have the card set and have wanted to pick up some of the toys for a while now. Just keep putting it off.
Do you mind me asking what you made it from.

I took the old Screamin model kit and kitbashed some joints from Medicom figures, Hasbro 9 inch DC superheroes figures and even some ball joints from a 12" Toybiz House of M Spiderman if I recall. I think there's parts of a Mezco Lobster Johnson figure from Hellboy in there too.
