Is there any way to get the drop down menus to show up on top of the flash section on the main page?

Not really much that an end user can do, this has to be done on the embed tag they are using for the flash. Flash is a dominant species :D

This is going to sound weird but how do I log out? Doesn't seem to have any tab to log out once you're logged in.
