still nothing on my end either... The benefit of a doubt is lessening and i'm really pissed off about it!

I could see this kind of shit happen on other boards but its a sad day when it happens on skullbrain. I know its not the first time, and sadly probably not the last.

I am still holding hope and will have to wait and see.

Post Re: Can Anyone Vouch for Flatline?
It is now Thursday and still no package. I am at a point that I am not going to wait any longer to be brushed off (no tracking, no pm, no package).

To all who have not received there packages or tracking numbers I would highly suggest getting me information on what was sent to him as well as tracking numbers so I can make this a stronger case and show fraud intent

Hi Shaun,

You have until tomorrow morning to get me my tracking number with either the figures you said you were going to send out or my original figures(In the exact condition that I sent them to you) sent Priority Mail or I will proceed with filling out a Postal Fraud on this issue.

If you think I'm joking then here is the URL for me to begin the process:

https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/form ... laint.aspx

I have saved all your pm's as well that I will paste into document showing intent to defraud and my package tracking number showing that it was received as well as you saying you received it.

You have had many opportunities to make this right which you have chosen to ignore or give false statement so you leave me no alternative

Also I will be discussing this with the other people that have been waiting for your packages as well, since I think it would be a stronger case with several other people stating that you have not sent there packages as well (I do believe they don't want to lose there rare and expensive figures)

It's now up to you.....send tracking numbers or have me submit form.

Regards,
Michael-

No matter how busy someone is....there is always times to do the most important thing that person needs to get done....watch a favorite show, talk to friends family on phone, check email...etc

I wouldn't be this aggressive in getting my package if I traded a RxH Mini for something of equal value.........we are talking close to $900 in trade bait for $900 in equal value....3 weeks after package was supposed to arrive

A simple 5 minutes out of a busy day to PM me with a tracking number that he supposedly already has but didn't have on him when he pm'd me last to tell me he was going to pm me again with it would have saved everyone a ton of grief. This would have set my mind at ease since I would be able to track where my package is and he could go on with his day like nothing ever happened and you all would not have to read my diatribe.

He has had since Monday to get me tracking number....it's Friday......no one is that busy......not even the post office.....which if he had mailed it Priority mail with tracking..I would have received the package by Wednesday...with benefit of doubt Thursday..........I think I can safely say it wasn't mailed Priority...and don't think the weight of the box being sent would have justified for First Class shipment.

This package being shipped on Monday with Priority mail with tracking is just not adding up which Shaun is leaving me no choice but to take this further

A simple 5 minutes could and would resolve this whole mess but it just seems it's not important enough within his busy day to deal with it........very sad indeed

wow, this is unfortunate.

he's probably still waiting for Mark's package so he can work out some kind of massive trade-flip between you, wizeguy, livingdead and two or three other unsuspecting members.

who has the link to the other thread accusing flatline to be crimson something or other? i tried to find it, but couldn't.

good luck.

This guy also offered me some really insane trade bait, but couldn't provide pics and instead sent me pics from someone else's flickr?!

I hope this works out...very sad!

Nice threat but I don't think the postal inspector fucks with shit less than a felony amount...

Beware of "decypher" as well...took paypal action to resolve. Never got the toy but finally got the refund.

disregard, didn't see the $900.00 price tag. If this guy is American he could do time. The Postal Inspector is the last law enforcement officer in the land you want to fuck with. Opening someone else's mailbox is a "Federal Crime". At least he'll do his bid in a Federal can rather then the county or state.

Post Re: Can Anyone Vouch for Flatline?
I just got word that my Friday mail arrived and package was not received which is no big suprise so before I take this up a notch I need to verify some information:

1. Did anyone from the board trade Shaun for a 2-Headed Red Bemon? He states that he had traded several of his figures for the Bemon. This and a unpainted Orange Cure Boogie was what I was trading for.

2. To all that have not received there packages, did he give you the following information to mail packages to:

(Edit by Roger to remove address. Even if there is a dispute, please do not post anyone's real name, home address, or phone number without their consent. We've been through this before, we do not want to be responsible for any real-world repercussions. If you were involved in a transaction with this person and want to verify the address, please send a PM to autopsy. Thank you.)

He has until end of day today to get me tracking number for ether the mystery package or my figures back or I take this up a few notches

ok fuck, go ahead and add me to the list.
wish i had a better memory, i.e. remembered that flatline was the crimson tide / wand dude.

last week i mailed four figures to flatline in exchange for a clear orange goga.
he specifically told me it was sent out last friday. it clearly wasn't because i have received nothing.
i have pm'd him several times since then. he reads them promptly but never replies, which is very frustrating!

and yes autopsy, that is the exact name and address that i sent stuff to as well.

moderators of sb, any advice?

At this point..there really shouldn't be any excuses or justifications.

Maybe it'd be best to start a list of items/people...offline and send it directly to mods to take further action...especially since anyone can read the 'whatever' forum.

After having plenty of time to resolve the issue his account is suspended. If you would like his email let me know and I will send it along.

If I hear anything from him I will let you know.

Sorry for the Poopsicle.

Hi Glenn,

If you can send it to me that would be great since I'm trying to piece who we may be dealing with and where he is located together.

Super depressing thread, sorry you guys got jacked, but people need to make notes of usernames...at least mental notes. For example, I know when I see a grail for trade from a certain user that they are too fucking picky and I don't even bother PMing. I also know other users that I can trust and respect when they PM me to buy something I'm selling. I know that I'd rather sell a killer piece to someone like liq*****y than P***r because one has an amazing collection and pays instantly, while the other lo-balls me and then disappears. Flatline was a red flag for a year now. Pay some fucking attention you guys!

I don't post often, but wanted to say I really hope Monday is the day you get your package. How very frustrating for you. It's just so sad that this guy brought his negativity and dishonesty to SB. Best of luck on this one. I'm light the prayer smoke for you tonight. Maybe the toy gods will step in on your behalf.
