 Re: Earthquakes shake Tokyo area
There were a whole bunch of quakes in Asia today, and tsunami warnings to boot, from Japan to India. Hopefully everyone is OK.

Sunday night one lasted close to a minute. This mornings was quick but pretty damn solid My Cococroc even had to lay down for this one

Shit--I wish I could hop on a plane and help dig people out or anything else. I guess I could--maybe I'm selfish holding onto a job by the skin of my teeth in this recession.

 Re: Earthquakes shake Tokyo area
We didn't even realize there was a quake on Sunday until my mom asked if we were OK on Skype. I was like "Why wouldn't we be?" since we hadn't even felt it. The one in the morning, though, was kind of a pain since it seemed like a pretty long one.
But I'll take a bunch of little baby quakes like these over one serious business quake any day.

Yep, just saw the news of a 6.8 quake off the coast of Japan. Be safe, everyone!

3 now this week counting Sunday. Time to make the Quake Emergency Bag I have been putting off, and figure out how to keep my cats safe!
Marks right, that Sunday one was long and so was today's. Its always a little disheartening after being in SF in '89, I think I wil start sleeping with my boots on again.
