yea, maybe we should make 2 seperate leagues, one buy in/one without.
for some reason i dont like playing without a buy in.

I'll make a second post here in a bit for those that want to do a buy-in league, and we can get that rolling.

But in the meantime, this league is set up! I will PM you all the password in a minute, but here's the basics. Mostly standard (slightly higher) scoring, with a couple extra bonus scoring things thrown in. Check the league settings for all of the details. I have tentatively set up the live draft for Saturday Sept 5 at noon PST. I know that's Labor Day weekend, but I can change it if need be.

Also if you could, please use your SB user name (or something like it) for your team name, so we know who to make fun of in this thread on Mondays.

is there a way to get more bonus points if your player gains a buttload of yards?
1 point for someone who rushes 300yards doesnt seem enough to me. just a suggestion.

300 yds already gets you 31 pts... already alot of points

That's for 300 and 400 yds passing. RBs and WRs get +1 pts for 100 rushing or receiving yds and another +1 for 200 yds.

Hey all, there's still 3 teams who haven't registered on Yahoo's site. If you want out, please post in here so I can open it back up. So far we're still looking at Sat, Sept 5 for the draft date. Hopefully you will be able to make the live draft, it's so much better than trying to deal with the team that Yahoo picks for you. Their draft AI ain't all that.

OK kids, the draft is in less than 48 hours, so I'm just bumping the thread as a reminder. 12pm PST on Saturday the 5th, be there or be square!

Edit: The draft order is randomly selected 1/2 hour before draft begins, so it might be best to show up a little bit early so you have an idea of who to shoot for in Round 1.
