Found this blog, I know some of you are into these guys too. It's pretty much everything Frankenberry, Count Chocula, Boo Berry, etc. Check it out there is some great stuff.

Oh how that blog brings back some good times. I think I had a few of those cereal premiums as a kid. I was a Boo Berry fiend!

Boo Berry is still out there, but it can be tough to find. Halloween is usually the best time to hunt for it.

Don't forget about Yummy Mummy (which I can honestly say I never had a chance to try when it was on the market).

Fruit Brute and Yummy Mummy are the lower class cereal characters for sure. I'm thinking Yummy Mummy Boy as the next mummy boy variation?

Post Re: Monster Cereal Blog
some clown on ebay has those toys for a starting price just shy of $400 each. absurd. i've followed the frankenberry and booberry original vinyls on ebay for the last couple of years. frankenberry usually hits between $50-85 and booberry at $40-70. i'm sure after seeing that pic some of you will want to hunt them down. they are a long term want for me, but i've got no prob sharing my market research on these vintage vinyls.

another useful tip: original booberry vinyls were re-issued (funko?). you can tell the difference between by the blue spray pattern on the front of the figure. on the original, the blue spray is clearly defined in the arms and body as sort of a stick figure outline. this is just like the cartoon. the re-issue has more of a diffuse blue spray that covers a greater amount of the figure's frontal surface.

(also captain crunch vinyl banks should be between $25-$60 at auction)
