you can definitely change the photo sharing preference on a UK account by logging onto .com (i didn't even try .co.uk)

i just did it successfully...

log on,,click on your "accounts" tab on your summary page...

then click on "site preferences" on the drop-down or on the left of the "account" page..

and under "selling preferences" there is a "share your photos" option..

hit "show" on the right,,and you will be able to change it...
