Mini Mutant Chaos that is!

This post is super pic heavy but I'll gladly drop it in the "RxH Collections" thread if it's more appropriate there, I just wanted to show and comment a lot on these.

RxH minis, love them! Initially I started collecting all of them which became too difficult so I focused my attention on just my favorite mini, the "Mutant Chaos" version. This is all of them up to date, I think, with the exception of the black jellybean eight-pack which I might get eventually to be complete with this series.



I love so much about these cute monsters. The sculpts are just beautifully executed,
up there with the best of them. And the paint apps on these just blow me away.
Everytime I hold one, it's like holding a little monster gem.


Even the backs have wonderful paint detail.


Not to mention the tops...it's like a fungus smorgasbord!


And the no paint versions really make one appreciate the sculpting skills and fantastic design of the character.


I began collecting multiples as they became more available and found the subtle
paint differences thoroughly enjoying. You can see in this painted black version the
pink on the gold spray was forgotten or intentionally left off the one on the left. Either way, each figure became more than a toy to me, but a unique little piece of art and example of superior Japanese vinyl craftsmanship.


Then the mini Beast Chaos came along and added fresh blood & excitement to the brood.

I can't rave enough about these little fellas. And in general, I'm just so impressed by RxH
and what Mori has done over the years with his creations. Expressing my admiration towards these gems has been long overdue.
Hats off to you Mori! You are truly inspiring.

Unbelievably cool collection.... I just love the look of the minis, but can't bring myself to buy them bc/ they just aren't as much fun as the full-sizes. I'm really impressed with your appreciation of the paint subtleties as well... you have a really keen eye, and an awesome focused collection!

I recall seeing a full size Ogan Bat in this splatter version but not this Chaos mini.
Was this released already? Any info would be much appreciated.

Thought I read the mini Chaos splatter was a magazine limited with very few made.

OT-ish, but Lulubell still lists the splatter Orghan as a pre-order... is that actually the case?

Also noticed the mini that looks like the blue with red spray KK Chaos. Can we have a bigger shot of that, and how was it released?

This was a Kai-Zine lottery release.
I believe around December of last year?
Haven't seen one in the wild though.

Shinto Gangu probably still has the splatter Ohgan in stock.

The mini version of the Kaiju Komrades Chaos was sold at the same show.

That first pyramid pic takes the cake! Chaos is my favorite RxH sculpt by leaps and bounds, great focus.
