Re: Did anyone post this yet ??
I am assuming that both of these excellent customs were OK'd by Mori. I also got a hint from another customizer on the board that made me think that these are not the only custom Chaos Beasts that are being released. I think it would be great if Mori started approving more custom runs of some RxH figures. The only negative side of this that I can see would be the un-availability of small custom runs. I really want one of those Itokin Park customs.

These were collaboration runs for SF50.

The CBs were sold blind bagged. The other artist variation is shef's trademark rainbow colours. The IP CB is indeed really nice in person, but from what i observed, there must be way less than 12 for the public.

Joe, how were the chaosq and popsodachaos sold? Are they blindbagged too and limited? These are my favourites.

No, the chaos-q & mutant-pops were the morning sale items. so for these, u need to get lucky with a good queue number. seems around 20? so i believe more than enough to go around eventually.

Thanks for the info- RxH is much more fun now the 'hype' has gone. Its all about playing the long game. I hope to score both- eventually.

The chaos-q is the first RXH I've picked up since the GID Bigaro, and the first 'rub' style in my collection. A very nice piece, extremely metallic!

So how were all the big chaos men and fly guy sold? Seems like there lots of different paints available.

All good on the Popsoda Chaos and the ChaoQ but the three Chaos Beast releases rule just as hard . . . shame they are so über limited! Since SDCC RxH has really rolled out the big guns!

Re: Did anyone post this yet ??
I would have preferred the Itokin Park version to have green or neon yellow eyes. I wonder if these eye colors were different on each one. The rainbow colored one is so nice!!!

Eye colors were the same on the Itokin Park version. The rainbow is really gorgeous. Local artist "Shef", really did a nice job, including a one off clear beast chaos with clear rainbow colors that totally rocked.

Scary Andy wrote: All good on the Popsoda Chaos and the ChaoQ but the three Chaos Beast releases rule just as hard . . . shame they are so über limited! Don't give up andy! i counted at least 6 CB variations at SF50 alone. the three artists run, mori's own ver in the blind bag series, a two-off lottery prize from the blind bag (if you get a winning card in your blind bag, you win an extra figure), and the most under-rated ichibanboshi ver which is really nice in person. i was also surprised to see that there are not that many blind bags (around 20-ish) offered for sale, so initially i thought the probability of scoring the IP ver would be quite high since there were suppose to be 12 or more made. This means that the rest were distributed or will be release elsewhere, so keep a lookout at some usual spots!

I have only seen the 3 everyone is talking about (plus the skulltoys) and its up on other sites. RxH did an excellent job in wowing us for SuperFest this time.

Re: Did anyone post this yet ??
Yes indeed there were 6 different Beast Chaoae released at SF 50. There were around 50 blind bags with 4 variants plus the "bonus" fig mentioned. I do believe the breakdown was 10 Itokins, 10 Skulltoys, 20 Rainbows by Shef and 20 of Mori's smoky rub. (I know thats 60 but some went for samples etc.) Also sold separately was the incredible Ichibanboshi version.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that I can score at least one of these. Waiting to see pics of Shef and Mori's contributions.

Just saw the rainbow one and I love it! The glitter one is also nice. I do think IP steals the cake though.

Thanks Joe & Don . . . either of you grab pictures of 'em all? Like PH I'm thinking I may just forget the Beasts and focus efforts on the earlier stuff Mori is really pushing boundaries in the last couple of months, in complete contrast to Secret Base (although fingers are still crossed)!
