 Re: Tokyo Underground2 Tour
Sigh...my fiancee and I were planning on going but the film I'm on doesn't wrap until Nov 7th and taking a vacation during the deadline crunch tends to be frowned upon. <-- Just like that. -- jJ

 Re: Tokyo Underground2 Tour
the tour is awesome and will tear your mind into a million little pieces, everyone who can go, should go. Just stay the HELL away from hostess bars, they have this weird way of sapping your toy budget.

The first book is really good...
I wish I can join, I am so close to Japan. Ever since collecting Japanese toys, I have never been back to Japan...Would be great to meet and hang with people from the board...

 Re: Tokyo Underground2 Tour
I'm trying to figure out what area/hotel to stay at. Anyone else who is going know where to stay? I would like it to be close to the place we'll be meeting in the mornings.
Any info would be great.
Thx
Jason

Jason I'm sure we'll be meeting in Shibuya. So anywhere around there should be good. I think Shibuya might be expensive. I'm not sure where the others are staying.

I'll be in Tokyo from 24th Evening to 4th, whole time I'll be staying in Chuo-ku, 1.2km walk from Tokyo station apparently. Bit of a walk but I don't mind. Great deal on the accom. Can't wait !!!! Paul/Livingdead, will be great to finally meet you both

 Re: Tokyo Underground2 Tour
Is there any more information released yet, like where people should meet and what not? I'd like to meet up with you guys on Sunday afternoon, if I can track down where everyone will be.

 Re: Tokyo Underground2 Tour
Shinjuku is'nt a bad place to stay. Lot's of different priced accomodation and if i remember correctly, only a couple of stops round the Yamanote(not sure if i spelled that right) line to Shibuya. Also, there are loads of really cheap restaurants in Shinjinku, proper salery man noodle bars. And no, i won't be going. I've got to wait until next autumn(fall). I'm so fucking jealous......you lucky bastards

I'll definitely be at Design Festa this Sunday, though.

 Re: Tokyo Underground2 Tour
really wish i could go to this, sounds like a lot of fun. i can only dream of being able to go inside all of tokyo's toy shops.
if anyone can help me out with a pickup at the thrashout party, let me know. or, if any of the S7 staff can confirm that they will also be available online, that would be good too.
