Re: Red Dawn Remake? The most disturbing thing about this is mixing the Chinese into the new plot. Yeah, I know it's a way to make it contemporary, but to what end? China is not an enemy of the U.S. Are they wishing for retro-Cold War nostalgia? Because remaking Red Dawn outside of the Cold War threat seems ridiculous. Where is the tension coming from?
