Wow, you guys are hella harsh for just one toy that you don't like.
New designer? Isn't that way harsh for a toy line that most people just came to know about in the last 2 months?
Is it really that bad? Except for Frank, aren't there other SB toys that folks can buy until a new one comes out?
Did you buy the new madball mantis yet? Do you hate that one too?
I disagree Glen - I don't think there's that much kick-ass crativity at BH - they have a limited range of great toys too, but nothing earthshaking.
It sounds like SB is damned unless it puts out the perfect toy every time- that is perfect in everone's individual idea of "perfect."
That's a unrealistic standard for anything.
Maybe people could look for some other toys from some other designers to fill the need for the grail of a "perfect" toy.

I think it's the designer at Medicom working on this gear that people are concerned about. Seems he reuses alot of postures and elements from one figure to the next.
This figure does seem a long way off of a SB design.

if I didnt know it was a SB toy I would have pegged it as a Mad Capsule Markets piece.

I was wondering about the completist urges of some!!
Definitely not my thing, but I am far from a completest. I can see why the dissapointment too. Definitely an oportunity missed.
It would be interesting to know why SB haven't released a large figure themselves.

I guess I shouldnt have been such a dick, I pulled the ol "judge them by what just happened and not what they have done before" boner. Yeah, they made some cool toys I really like, that pink grandma hair just freaks me out too much.

I will probably buy it. Looks to me like the offspring a Star Wars destroyer droid and a Mars Attacks alien.

again, anyone who dislikes it could look and buy at some toys from a different designer. Wow, Frank maybe you could design a toy that fits everyone's input - the SB by SB fan input toy - that way is will please all you true SB fans and will be real SB as opposed to the SB toys made by SB.
I think y'all could do to spend some time not obsessing about SB. Taking a walk in fresh air might be a good for you.

Are we not allowed to have negative opinions about a toy? You may like it but someone else may not. Either way you should be able to give your opinion. SB or not, I think that thing looks stupid. If you like it that's cool. I'm not going to judge you. These toys aren't worth getting pissed about.

How long til the glow in the dark [brain] variant?
It's not too bad, really. Not great, but not something I would spit at either.

I liked the king skull bees
This I don't feel at all
I write it off to not liking H8GRAPHIX style,
as mentioned all the figures he does look exacltly the same
crouched, big head, big hands
not my thing
And my one king bee leans so far forward.. its not pretty
