Was this in ITA? I haven't look at an issue in a long time. I think Pfouts really had the magazine jump the shark in the early 2000s.

I've been a subscriber since around '96 or '97 (before they started covering up the women who had ink & the nipples & butts of the tattoos themselves) Chris seems to still be living in the ink of the 40's & 50's. Now old school is cool, but there a ton of new fresh stuff out there, that doesn't always get it's rightful spot. His editorials are still pretty cool tho.

Re: Anyone here claim this? I've never been into the tat mags, but pick up books every so often.
I wouldn't mind finding a tat magazine that just had great pics of ink, but so many articles etc don't appeal to me.
Lately I've been debating trying to get the out of print version of Full Coverage, or possibly the new book on Black Tattoo Art.

Re: Anyone here claim this? Maybe it's not the greatest tattoo but overall is not a bad one. They missed some of the detail but since it's done in a simple " traditional" manner that's not such a big deal.
