Just a heads up for anyone remotely in the area next Saturday (cough...Hank, coug, cough...).

We will be hosting a shindig of sorts to help commemorate the holiday and celebrate the arrival of the new Mummy Gator in his first colorway. Festivities will begin with an inhouse "toy tradefest" starting at 3 p.m. on Halloween day, snacks and refreshments will be provided. Those who arrive in costume will receive a special Trick or Treat goodie bag. Then once the sun has gone down, we'll head across the neighborhood to the Radley Family Orphanage Haunted House ($3 suggested donation). More surprises to follow!

Will this trading party be inside the store, or at our usual location in the back of Frank's car?

The Haunted House is put on by a local artist and budding feature film set designer and is located at 3900 19th St. N.; St. Petersburg, FL. This is his fourth year doing it, and he literally spends months constructing it.

This sounds so cool for a bunch of reasons and I'm bummed I can't make it. It'd have been nice to see the locals again and talk toys face to face with people who know something about them.

Mummy Gator pushed back until 11/7?

He will be released this Saturday, 10/31, at the Florida store during our Halloween Party.

The remaining Gators will be for sale at the SF store and online the following week.

"Rose Vampire" Scott & "Lucky Kitteh" Lauren were bitten with Halloween spirit, genial & hospitable as always. With costumes, cookies, cupcakes, candy & cola (or water), and goodie bags! Scott had some nice tradeables too....(imagine that )

I had a really great time hanging out with Scott & Lauren and talking toys, it was very educational and informative as Scott really knows the business when it comes to making and producing japanese vinyl... I felt so clueless.. all the people that dressed up looked amazing and the pizza place next door had me yet again bursting at the seams...

just wanna say thank you for hosting a most enjoyable & spooky evening...!!!
