Yeah. I used to call it the "Gay Pride Snail" whenever I encountered it at Club Daikaiju World Headquarters.

I forget which Ultra show it's from, but iI believe it's the result of a design-a-kaiju contest. Some kid used all of his crayons to come up with that guy.
