I tried to whip up a musical Faves of 2009 list for you all. I don't rank them, because I don't feel you can rank good stuffs. Basically, they are all worth a listen. The majority of these you can find for a free listen on Lala. If you cannnot find it there, you should find it somewhere, eh.

 Re: Best of 2009 lists
I only bought a few albums released in 2009, but all of them were shot down by Kid Cudi - Man on the Moon- The End of Day. honestly the best album I've heard in a long time

 Re: Best of 2009 lists
Nice one Geoff!Totally agree on: The Horrors "Primary Colours" Dinosaur Jr "Farm" Manic Street Preachers "Journal for Plague Lovers and thats only because I havent heard teh other selections on your list. Dino Jr and The Manics were also two of my favorite gigs this year - didn't hurt that the Manics played at the smallish Avalon in LA and I was front and center hung over the barrier for teh entire show! Awesome! gforce wrote: In some sort of vague order:

 Re: Best of 2009 lists
This year seemed very meh music wise (at least to me). One album that I really liked was the Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs "Its Blitz".
