Re: yellow evil (header card) I was thinking that the headers were for the regular releases and the bags w/ cards were for the smaller show & "neo-OG" releases. This is just based on what I have observed lately - no 'official' knowledge.

Re: yellow evil (header card) I think it's all across the board--except for the MZ3 stuff maybe. I got the D-Con Evil Bat and that had a bag and header. Recent releases like the flocked gachigon, milky trio, and reissues have all had the business card.

Noticed a number of the new larger Chaos figures came in black bags.
GID Oni had came in a small black bag.

GID Oni had came in a small black bag. Some were sold as a blind pull at a recent show. Don't know about the Oni.
