nice work rich...!!! love the face in the last pic.... looks the creepiest of the three

are these going to be released with interchangeable heads like the zombie commander coffins or what...?

EDIT: I see they look more like masks that fit over the face now... coolness...!!!

Great job guys! Are these going to stay unpainted? I sort of like the grey resin (that is grey right?)

1 head, the other faces are actually maskes. In the end you will see them attached with hemp twine.

I really want to keep this figure crude. I wanted the masks to actually look like the little guy made them himself. Thats why they are a little lopsided and all.

As well the hands may also hold stuff like a staffs, shrunken heads, sake bottles etc.. who knows ;)

This is actually the original sculpt in sculpy, they havent been cast just yet. We may still need to work out some bugs if they exist when its pour time.

And these guys will definitely see paint. I have great ideas for the first set to be painted. I think you guys are gonna dig em.

My favorite as well and will see a good amount of action

I wanted a face to tie in with the first head ( still nameless to date) I had monstrehero cast, I wanted it to look like Doji saw it and made the mask in praise of it the best he could.

The ONLY issue I see is that some may have to be glued on, as the mask may pull the paint on the face under neith off if left on.

Time will tell.

No problem, I know when I first started there really wasn't to many images on the web of in progress stuff. Hopefully some creative soul who is looking to sculpt his or her own stuff stumbles upon my progress shots and it helps.

looks awesome, ready to cast? the masks are a sweet addition that I've also toyed around with for some figs. I like both masks, but the figure's face is the best imo.

sweet work as always rich.

Loving the figure, Rich.

His expression has so much personality and the masks are super imaginative.

Keep up the tenacity!

Rich, out of curiosity, how big is this guy? In resin form, he's gonna be a heavy son I FART A LOT. I just read that the masks will be attached with hemp twine. This is going to be bad ass!

I've been meaning to post the size, thanks for reminding me. It's 4.25 inches tall bt 3 inches wide. Roughly about the size of a Secret Base fight figure. And yeah when in resin it should be a nice weight. I also made sure the feet are just wide enough for stability, this guy would stand up through an earth quake!

That's a perfect size. And glad to hear that he's got wide feet to withstand and earthquake for I am in earthquake central. Again, this rocks! I love the one-eyed mask. Can't wait to see what kind of paint schemes end up on these.
