I didn't stay to see him finish and I didn't know what he was going to do with it. I had a picture of the beginning, but deleted it to take more pictures when my camera got full  But, he started with the top of his head on just a blank piece of paper and did it all free hand!! The character and the painting become one, instead of just being a color scheme on the skin. I don't know if anyone else would agree with that, but it really gets me excited! Thanks for the pix!
