A couple months ago, I picked up a clear Smogun with the blue and yellow spray and paper guts. I think I got it from a skullbrainer, but can't remember. It showed up with white pipe cleaners in the arms and legs. At some point, I took out the pipe cleaners and lost them.

Was this figure released with pipe cleaners, or just the paper guts?

no pipe cleaners - it came empty with a print out of paper guts to cut out

it was released with wires assembled and with no wires un-assembled.

I guess then the original owner put in the pipe cleaners.

Isn't the all blue/translucent Smogun the one with wires?

You're talking about the All Clear one.

The Clear w/ Blue/Yellow Spray only came w/ guts uncut you put in yourself.
The All Clear came assembled w/ guts & wires.
It was also was released w/ the guts uncut & no wires.
The Clear Blue did come w/ guts & wires.

mine too.
but my clear with blue and yellow spray came empty, and the guts were cut outs printed on the back of the header card.
