I still somewhat regularly listen to "Badmotorfinger", and AIC's "Dirt" and "Facelift".
I think AIC got lumped into "grunge" just because of the Seattle connection - musically they were never grunge...well maybe with that 3 legged dog album which sucked.
Peal Jam fucking sucked and sucks! For some reason they're very close to being (if they aren't) the #1 band out of everything in the world that I can't stand to listen to.

Post Re: Jesus Christ Pose
Its pointless to argue with people's tastes, although I am always surprised when people have super narrow tastes. SO, for no apparent reason, a sample of music that soundtracks my life - and will always remain with me - hence the start dates and NO end dates:

1. 1974 - Slade, Sweet, Glitter Band, Abba, ELO, Sex Pistols and British Chart music
2. 1979 - Maiden, Saxon, Samson, Diamond Head, Sabbath, Motley Crue and KISS (my #1)
3. 1984 - Bauhaus, Sisters, Lords, Balaam and the Angel, Ghost Dance, March Violets and the Cult (my #1)
4. 1987 - House of Love, Primitives, Wonderstuff, Stupids, Lemonheads, Dinosaur Jr, Galaxie 500, Pixies (my #1)
5. 1988 - Bufallo Tom, Ride, Lush, Pale Saints, Birdland, Curve, Slowdive, Swervedriver and MBV
6. 1989 - Mudhoney, Tad, Nirvana (my #1)
7. 1991 - Smashing Pumpkins, Screaming trees, Helmet, Soundgarden.......

I kind of ran out of steam at 1991 but u probably got tired of reading anyway...
