Re: **SPOILERS** 2010 Gargamel Lucky Bag Scores **SPOILERS** rubber cement will work really well if you coat both pieces and let it sit separately for a bit before putting them together. it is not a permanent bond but it might hold better than superglue/cyanoacrylate because it is more flexible...whereas CA is stiffer and more brittle when dry.

I would be hesitant to use superglue in case it fogs up around the eye.
White glue would work well as well, since it would be removable and stand no chance of harming either the vinyl or eye.
