 Lulubell is the greatest! Made an order of some RxH mini-kitties (becoming a weekly habit at this point) and some DIY Miss Cupcakes for the mrs. to piddle with and got bonus pins and Candy (yum, sourpatch kids) from Amy.
This is the kind of personal touch that keeps me doing repeat business with boutique toy stores.

Re: Lulubell is the greatest! Never a problem with Lulubell orders. The one time I pre-ordered some stuff which didn't come in, I was impressed with the way they handled it. We're lucky to have good retailers like Lulubell (and rotofugi) who know the right way to treat customers.

I can't think of ANY other retailer that goes out of their way to make sure their customer is happy like Lulubell has. The hand-written 'thank you' on your receipt is also a nice little touch. Oh yeah, free candy is always awesome too.
