That GID is a Kozik Zag.
Believe that's what the 'Anarchy' version was s'posed to look like
before he murdered them.
There used to be a few on display in Thrashout.
Don't think any have ever escaped before,
although this one was shown at Gargamel's exhibition in Harajuku
back in '06:

The Kozik Zags were originally planned to be clear but the Zag body at the time would not have been good for clear vinyl, so there is the current torso which makes it possible, this was discussed before somewhere.

And I think that picture is of one offs that went randomly into bags, not one bag.

My late LB finally arrived from MPH (Shipping was free, but UPS ground is s l o w.)
Standard full meal deal, but that is not a problem. I would have been pissed if I had received a Zag w/ a sharpie schwaztika.

the anarchy ones stuck to the inside of the bag as I recall...didn't some of them go out with the paint still tacky and slightly wet?

Im sure they were still tacky, I think its because he used Tamiya paint. This also happened with LeMerde's first gargamel customs from his S7 show, I should know, I have one. The tackyness aside, I love my sticky LeMerde mini Zag.

Ah that would make sense then. I just remember someone I knew having one with the paint smeared on the inside of the bag a bit.

All this talk of Koxik custom zags with sticky paint makes we want to track one down...sounds like a must-have....

Good to know about the Tamiya, The hobby shot by me carries it and it's been fine on resin. but I'll make sure I never spray any on vinyl.

You can avoid/negate any weird paint interactions on vinyl by applying a proper top-coat, but most painters don't do that... I'm sure you could hit the sticky Kozik figures with a coat of Johnson's Future, and it wouldn't be sticky any more, but then it would also be all shiny... dunno if there's some differing finish things going on with the figure.

I don't think the paint cured on any of them. The one I had was a at least a couple years old when I gave it away in a contest, still tacky.

I have seven of them, but none of the one pictured, although I'd like one if anyone has one still:

The paint has all cured except a couple where drips collected between the legs. Despite the complaints about the Kozik Zags, they are still fantastic and colorful.

Not to sound snarky, but I would bet closer to liquidsky.

Yeah, no amount of time will turn these from "tacky" to "kitsch".
