From what I've been told, it is a test figure that was ordered by Ken at One-Up. In the end he did did not follow-up with producing them and a handful were put on sale with very little fanfare. I do have a custom clear Mika with the resin filled minis and it is one of m favorite customs.  I've also got another custom clear by toybotstudios (Kirkland) that also rocks!

Probably my favorite glow of all my glows.
