 Re: New Elegab sculpts!
I didn't even apply for this group of Shuttlegon's. Since I already have 2 GID's thought I would give someone who hasn't scored one yet a chance. I will be back in the running for the next release this month. So watch out!

 Re: New Elegab sculpts!
Didn't win a Shuttle. But I did receive my blue GID Puppet Seijin today! Man, that is some SERIOUS glow! I have a few other glow pieces, but none of 'em shine like this sucker. The Puppet is big, hard, and HEAVY! So glad there are Vombies in this world... Elegab's top the heap!

3 color versions and he's only doing 25 pieces total? Sigh. I hope losing out this time stacks some karma in my corner for when the Tonneran comes up. I'ma have to kill someone if I miss out on that one.

The orange GID arrived today. I like the lighter, brighter colors. Edit: Had to get him out of the bag!

 Re: New Elegab sculpts!
I think its Dokuro Taro in "Wrath Mode".
I've read everything I could find on the Elegab website about the backstory behind his characters, but I wish there was a story book available describing the Dokuro Taro universe.

Good characters always have some sort of story, or they get no life. (and the machine translation is often really funny.)

It is the first ten days of March... From Nari of Elegab (translated by machine): In a word, . . . and "[Tonneran]. " The day of sales of or "[Gomioyabun]" was postponed. ....It is note. [Sumimasen]. It is the first ten days of March. http://www.auxpeer.com +++ http://www.v-kingz.com

If I remember correctly, the skeleton form done by RM is Dokuro-Tarou's transformation after he removes the blade from his helmet. That is why the RM toy is holding a small weapon in one hand.

 Re: New Elegab sculpts!
"Tonneran" Vs "Gomioyabun". I wonder how Nari will handle the match. There seems to be an overall preference for Tonneran around here, but do you think our opinion reaches him (there's nothing better than a mail to let him know anyway) ? Nari's posted today a statement on his blog about small run productions induced by individually run companies and the shit-heads reselling the items on auctions... Nothing new about this, but I feel sorry for the artist that has to apologize because his creations are not available to his true fans but to motherfuckers. "Please do not buy from me to re-sale". Of course this statement will prove to be completely futile, it just tells you again they are a lot of nasty, honour-less people in the world.
