These are by Rainbow.
Definitely looking forward to this release.
These are minis of their previous versions.

I like these a bit more then the Rainbow versions. Which I loved.

The previous one were Rainbow versions too, released in 2003-2004 in 2 or 3 color variations.
Those first versions must be some of the most sought after Kaijin produced those last ten years now.

These new versions are GIANT size versions of the character : Udegeruge = 33cm (13 inches) ! Kuchibiruge = 25 cm (10 inches) ! Definitively not minis !

Of course, those are more than outstanding !!!

holy omg. i was excited about these when i thought they were minis, now that they have gotten humongous, im practically throwing up with excitement.

Those are so diabolical, I can't wait!

Funny, i was reading that Udegeruge goes around shouting "Finger"

or you could always check out a certain back issue of Super7 for every vintage figure all in one handy article!

Ever thought about making a Mook of all the back-issues of Super7?
Or at least a collection of the tokusatsu character figure articles?
Those articles were always my favorites and definitely were a big influence on my collecting. You could even add some new articles of characters that never got covered in the magazine.

And I must blame this damn issue for getting me into it !!! As soon as I've seen those two little pictures of the new (at the time of the mag) Rainbow releases (and I read the issue in 2008...), I had to get them all

I keep myself tempted from the vintage one though.

The size comparison for these new releases show them just a little bigger than the original release.

The new Udegeruge & Kuchibiruge seemed really bigger than the 1st editions, but Hyakumeruge & Nouruge do not seem that big.

But they are simply AMAZING !!!

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in splitting the set, I just want the brain monster.

I think they are still pretty big, the brain monster is listed a tad over 10 inches tall.
