Thanks to a bunch of help from people on here, I finally caught up with all of the Smoking Corps humanoid types (I'm still 2 Cigarette Harms away, so I'll add those when I get them. Here is a visual guide to them:

Really like all the inserts for these guys. I didn't know there was an orange keychain pocket version until now either. Must get one.

The orange pocket keychain was a Gargamel friend gift from 2008 (if I recall correctly) I don't believe it was for sale.

Yes those are the innards you can print and put in yourself. According to An Encyclopedia of Kaiju "We wanted to make the insides out of paper, but couldn't fit it into our budget, so we made files that could be downloaded from our homepage instead." Occasionally you see some of these sets still carded with guts inserted which I assume means they were opened had guts inserted then were re-packaged by the owner. You can also use the downloadable guts as a template to make your own:
