Hey Folks - now that the winter is finally moving out this might not be the product to look for although you could probably get it for cheap. It's the Philips goLite Blu light "therapy" device that has a few different functions, mostly helping with various degrees of the winter blahs.

Normally when it's warm and sunny my urge to kill is low, but in the winter my urge to vaporize puny humans rises...along with being overall surly. My girlfriend, who has suffered from migraines along with not being able to wake up, was also in the same seasonal swing. We had read up on this and saw that pretty much all consumer reviews gave it 5 stars along with describing how we were.

And ya know what? it really does work. We've been using this baby for a few weeks now and I have to say that both of us are not only in better moods but also are more energetic in the morning. And I have to say that I am the last person who goes for hippy crap "alternative" medicine or medicine in general.

This thing will also help anyone that has trouble sleeping - you can sit in front of this at night before bed and it'd be like taking some melatonin.

Anyway, I thought that this might be of interest for others out there. We picked ours up on Amazon for $119 with free shipping (although tax brought it up to $130). WELL worth it though!
