Re: Tattoo Thread! [Post um, if you got um!] im 90% positive on bob roberts suit. It was in a book at the shop I used to work at and I'll have them take a look and maybe scan it. It is quite possible that it would be Mike Malone as well.
I don't think I would get tattooed at State of Grace above Black Heart, Tattoo City, Sword and Skull or Whatever Adrian lee calls New Skool now. Although if SHige ever takes up residency there I would be there in a heart beat.

(this is validation for my expensive habit) I say State of Grace b/c he imported an Irezumi artist from the Horiyoshi family. Speaks little English but can tattoo like nobody's business. Tim Lehi is no slouch either....

I wouldn't see a problem with the color holding up over a couple of years. It may seem like lots of detail, but also consider the size of the tattoo. It is almost half of his leg.
