 Syanora Speed Tribes
Here is the page for an upcoming documentary profiling the decline of the bosozoku culture in japan. This film looks really exciting and interesting. I cannot wait to see it. http://figure8productions.com/bosozoku_trailer2_large.html

 Re: Syanora Speed Tribes
Five or six years ago I still saw a lot of bosozoku, but it had become more of a "rural"/small-city thing. There was a group active around Nagasaki University a few times a week, and I saw hundreds of riders once in Kyoto. The real heyday was the 70s, so it's definitely been a slow decline and the population decline probably effects it too.
Godspeed you black emperor, a bosozoku doc from the 70s, is worth watching.

Why do they were those hospital masks? Do we need to send them a box of ol' fashion American bandanna's? Maybe this movie will reinvigorate the culture.

Yeah sorry i just found out its not illegal but would probably be considered bad taste and you would stand out alot. I think the rising sun flag goes back to the 7th century a certain samurai clan used it not sure of which tho.
