Very cool, David, although for some reason I never would have figured you for a sentai fan.
We met very briefly during Toy Fair on that first horrible blizzard morning. I remember you commenting that you were sometimes overwhelmed by the tremendous respose to Ugly Dolls, but I have to ask: did anything prepare you for what SDCC was like this year?
While I was line for the Super7 Pushead signing, your booth started throwing out exclusive Uglys to this immense crowd of girls who were screaming their heads off. It looked like that footage of the Beatles getting off the plane when they visited America for the first time.
Welcome to the board.

This board is great. Thanks.
Been bringing Sentai toys over for 17 years now.
The screaming and security battles did blow us away.

Hi David, welcome to the skullbrain.
The Dehara X Uglydolls look great, will they be for sale? Also, who's head are you holding behind your back?

Another cool guy joins the board! Those Dehara are so sweet! I see you scored the goodies at the Maxx/Gargamel booth! I was lucky enough to meet David and Sun Min when the mob had died down. You two are very nice people!

Welcome to the Board! My son say a belated "Thank you!" for the clone art that you sent him. Between your ugly dolls and Gargamel's Zagalons, my son, David M. Hughey, has little room for regular toys these day.
Isn't time you put out your own custom Zagaron with Gargamel?

Back from the long work week. And thank David M. Hughey for the clone!
We need to rethink what we're going to do. Too many came through!
Office up another nerd notch.

Thanks much. Godaikin Voltes V was great. I miss those days. My favorite DX robot by Ban Dai was Muteki Shogun. Half robot, half traditional temple, with origami crane head. Nuts. Still had that Godaikin style packaging with the handle, inner layer windows, etc.

Damage the box!
That's why you have to buy one to keep it in the box (for our kid on the way), and then several others to "display in all modes", as the die hard sentaifans call it.
If the robot can be transformed 5 ways, buy 5 of the same robot and display them in every possible combination. Oh and a stunt double for when people come over and want to touch. So 7. This gives you a few boxes to spare.

i gotta ask (seriously)
did you measure the space between where you hung things??
the answer will surely make me feel better about my own anal retentive habits.
