 Re: dead bear
They'll all be reproduced in resin, by me. They'll debut at my show at super7 Florida. There will be 7 sculpts with a few one offs of each. There will also be a small run of an exclusive figure available only at the show. I'll have a mess of mini figures too. Just depends on how many I can make
if the exclusive goes well I'll do a few more runs through super7. Otherwise it dies there.
I'll post show info later this week
I may have a few steaklops figured for sale this weekend

 Re: dead bear
I'm actually rotocasting by hand. The resin sets in 10 minutes so it's not so bad. I can knock out 4 of the large and 8 of the minis in an hour

 Re: dead bear
nice. do you follow a pattern of turning? and do you go fast or slow? they look like they're coming out really clean so whatever you're doing must be working great.
your forearms are gonna triple in size after this project

 Re: dead bear
no real pattern, u just make sure i get all sides pertty equally. they arent' coming out perfect, but it's better than making them all from scratch. i'll do some fine tuning once the show is passed. i'm considering making individual boxes for each mold to hold them together without being too tight.
my brother in law is working on a rotocasting machine. we'll see how that goes. i may start a new rotocasting workout system. i'm frikkin sore from it for sure

 Re: dead bear
the first fully painted one. it's a one off for the show but the regular releases will have the same level of detail when painted

i really went nuts with the colors on the other figures. it was a lot of fun and i have a lot of ideas for future releases

 Re: dead bear
the show was a lot of fun and there may be big things to come in the future. in the meantime here are a few new ones a skeletor one-off, pale blue resin with green, blue and red the first official release, the bumble edition. white resin with blue accents and an articulated mini in the works. there will be multiple heads that fit this body check my site for release info if you are interested http://motorbot.net
