Post Jonathan Matthews x Ultra Pop
A friend of mine, Jonathan Matthews, also happens to be a kick-ass sculptor for DC Direct so I convinced him to do some resin heads for me to sell in the shop. We are also working on a resin figure of a local cryptid, The Goatman of Pope Lick. I thought some of you might be interested in seeing some of the goodies he brought by today.

Oh wow, I love Jonathan Mathews work, he's so good. His New Frontier figures are some of my favorite sculpts ever. Really excited to see what you guys come up with!

Great looking stuff. The DC Direct New Gods and New Frontier figures are amazing. What others has he sculpted? Those all look great BTW, gotta find time to head down to KY sometime.

I don't know everything he has sculpted but I know he did the Mignola Batman B&W (IMO the best one) along with a few others in the series. He did the New Frontiers figures, the New Gods, a 1/4 scale joker statue coming soon, and some of the Ame-Comi PVC statues. We are planning on having an event with him in the shop where we will be selling and exhibiting his garage full of wax sculpts, prototypes, and rejected/un-used pieces. Basically he gets 5-10 pcs of everything he does, so we will have plenty of stock on hand. I will post something on the board when I have all the details.

Super cool. Please do keep us posted on this.
Seriously though, are you going to be selling those heads at the store?
