they also do a guns for cash trade off every now and then..usually its no questios asked..but a never know

I did volunteer work for the Needle Exchange Program in San Francisco 20 years ago. We did this out in the open (exchanged dirty needles for clean ones) twice a week and were practically ignored by the local Police Department. I don't think they care about who's dropping of a handful of pills or their son's bag of stinkweed. Now if you drove up with a U-Haul van full of cocaine that might get their attention.
