What a surreal trip the last 12 days have been. A belated Happy Birthday to Scott The motorbot show pictures were outstanding, pure genious on the creations & coloring, wish I could have made it.

Well my surgery went well (all 7 1/2 hours of it) had my own room for 6 days, hospital food sucks, but the morephine kept me going. Was able to get out of bed on the 3rd day, but just enough to walk around the ward a couple of times before the pain & exaustion got to me. Came home last friday, the patholigy report came back on my tumor, and showed no signs of cancer WOO HOO. Of course I will still undergo chemo for a while to make sure, but all looks great. I had 2 home care specialist come by to check on me, and make sure I was doing alright, and that I was comforable using & changing my ostomy bags. That part sucks as I will have that the rest of my life, BUT I will be alive, so it's all good.

Now to the fun stuff, Scott, Terrell & the rest of you that signed the header & sent the Clear Blue Gator, that was too much, Judy used it as a reward to get me out of bed at home on the 2nd day, and man was I suprised. I've said it before, and can't ever say it enough, YOU GUYS ROCK. I really appreciate all the prayers, thoughts, & well wishes that have came from everyone. You guys have been a better support group than some of my friends.

I get my staples out of my backside, 05/06 so it will be easier to walk & I Have 12 days to get my strenghth up to make Monsters in the Mangroves show.

All I can say is you're a bigger man than me brother... glad to hear that you are now at home and healing. Keep on the path & take care of yourself so that we can all hang at the Mangroves... no more "unexcused absences" from you, sir.

Glad to read things went well! I read the Morphy Auction was due to someone's death, and I saw some items you were trying to sell and my stomach sank... But a quick skullbrain search and I found this thread. Woot! (and condolences to those who knew the person in question)

Thanks for the concern, but yes I'm still kicking Had a setback & missed the Monsters show, and praying for a miracle to make the S7 anniversary party tomorrow, we'll see
