I thought that might have been in Minneapolis...just wasn't 100%. I get up there every once in a while, I go to KC/MO 3+ times per year (used to live there). I saw buildings and a bridge in KC exploded and I wished I had taken photos, but, my photos would have sucked compared to yours! I would LOVE to see your buddy's photos. The Infection is being gobbled up fast...the selection is getting low and the C2E2 Larvoids I am down to only 2 (one of each colorway). I have tried to update my blog w/ what I have left, but, they are selling faster than I can keep it updated. Thanks for the compliments on my sons' work. They both sold some of their work @ C2E2 and that was kewl for them...not to mention, easier on my wallet since they had their own $ to spend from their sales! TGB

Dude....I got my Infection figures. They are so dope. The colors are vibrant and the transitions between the different colors is really nice. The custom pieces feel really sturdy and are super detailed. Super nice. Definitely an awesome pickup.

Huh...never even occurred to me to pronounce it that way. It's always been "glEYE-os" over here...

Re: Pheyden/Exellis/Crayboth Action Figures - get these!
Ya, I was caught off guard when he pronounced it that way right off the bat...but, since there are different pronunciations worldwide, maybe he is covered. I am running seriously low on the Infection series, so I think I will take the remaining bodies and make a very special colorway w/ them (including the entire Pheyden!). Same price, just a final splash of uniqueness here @ the end. Keep your eyes peeled to my blog, make sure to follow it, and when I post them I will fill them in the order of comments like I did w/ the C2E2 Larvoids and Infection. TGB

We decided to follow that pattern. Its also one less character in katakana, which we thought had a better visual balance. glEYE-os --> グライオス glEE-os --> グリオス

Re: Pheyden/Exellis/Crayboth Action Figures - get these!
No shit? It's pronounced "glEE-os" (and written "グリオス") in Japan??? I mean, it really IS supposed to be "glEYE-os" in English...but that's totally funny! To be fair, though, it was the Japanese who first co-opted English when they called them "Microman"...it kinda should be pronounced "mEYE-kro-man"...regardless of where you are. But, hey, whatever works. "Karaoke" sure as shit ain't supposed to be pronounced "carry-oky"!

The remix of the Infection figures looks awesome. Definitely looking forward to seeing them in person. These are my Infection figures that I got made by God Beast. They are built on top of standard Pheyden bodies by Onell. Each figures comes with the standard head and the standard hand that are replaced.

Re: Pheyden/Exellis/Crayboth Action Figures - get these!
Hey all, So for a while now I've been quietly lurking and watching what everyone is up to in the international glyos community while I worked away on my little project. Basically I'm trying to put together some early days back story for Calligrim (with all due deference to the creators). The basic idea is that early on Calligrim cut his teeth with a mercenary outfit known as The Reapers. I've been working on creating 8-10 characters to fill out the squad, and finally managed to get some photos of the first 4 ready the other day. If you all like, I'll update the .gif with additional characters, or post a new .gif later this week.....pretty much all the builds are good times and I hope they help others find a few new ways to assemble and accessorize. Anyway, here are The Reapers (can post some higher quality pics by request if you guys want to see build details): Oh, and here's a teaser photo for an upcoming update to the .gif: p.s. TGB customs look hella sick....looking forward to scoring one or two shortly...

OK. So... maybe I am slow. But, I was just turning out the lights on my collection and stopped to admire my glowies for a second. I was like, "What the hell is this red reflection in the glass?" Then I realized, that was no reflection. It was the pink Crayboth that came boxed with my Onell/RxH Scar Pheyden glowing LIKE MAD. Sucker glows nuclear red! So sweet. Thanks Matt and Onell.

My newest God Beast figure. It's a custom build from God Beast parts. Arthrogods upper torso on top of a Pheyden Infection Body, SE2 head and various arm attachments.

Sanjeev wrote: THAT is fucked and completely awesome! Thanks man. The arthrogod torso is resin so I'm still working on getting some of the infection heads to fit because they're resin too. For the sake of the first build I was only able to get the Pheyden head to stay on. I cut the neck peg off another Pheyden head and glued it into the bottom socket of the Arthrogod torso to attach it to the Pheyden torso.

Re: Pheyden/Exellis/Crayboth Action Figures - get these!
Yeah, it's kinda tricky working with the Glyos pegs/holes. Their sorta mushroom shape is designed to preserve the tension for softish (PVC) materials...but most resins people are casting with are pretty damn rigid, so it can be tough...
