 RIP Ronnie James Dio  It's now official.  http://www.ronniejamesdio.com/Message from Wendy Dio Today my heart is broken, Ronnie passed away at 7:45am 16th May. Many, many friends and family were able to say their private good-byes before he peacefully passed away. Ronnie knew how much he was loved by all. We so appreciate the love and support that you have all given us. Please give us a few days of privacy to deal with this terrible loss. Please know he loved you all and his music will live on forever. - Wendy Dio

My best pal had an older brother who would blast Mob Rules constantly. I never got sick of hearing "the moooooooooob ruuuuules!"

Re: RIP Ronnie James Dio i remember this gal who worked in the receiving area of Tower Records D.C. She was probably one of the biggest DIO fans i'd ever met.
Trish would hit up most of his shows on the east coast tours and did hit a few other locales to follow her rock god hero. she had patches all over her various denim jackets she owned. im afraid to think of how much DIO memorabilia she has at home.
I def thought about her when i first heard of this news.
