I got my new bootleg. I open the box to this. Usual I would be pissed if my toy was packaged like this. But this is as bootleg as you can get, I was fuckin psyched. This toy rules too hard, he busted right out of the bag didn't even have to take the header off.

Jeah, I got mines yesterday...but it was packed up nice and secure with tons of plain wrapping paper to cushion it.

It looks nice and I haven't unbagged it yet but I just threw it up on my glow shelf, and I gotta say...it doesn't glow worth shit. I had to hold it directly up to a lamp to charge it up. Once it was charged like that, it was aiight...still much dimmer than other glowies...but at least it lasted a decent amount of time.

I'm really hoping it was that weird crinkly plastic bag they use: maybe it just filters out UV to protect the figure inside. Anyone else unbag theirs and measure the glow power against a typical (Japanese vinyl) glowie?

Crappy chinese vinyl doesn't glow that well compared to the good stuff...never has.
