it's definitely an interesting marketing decision to target the SB audience. the toy has the whole successful canvas artist making a toy crossover thing going for it and its kind of like a skull in a basic giant robo suit. this makes sense as to why skullbrainers would like it. what doesn't make sense is the approach of displaying the work. it did kind of come out of the blue. i'd like to think that if someone were making a specifically "Skullbrain" edition that they would be HERE showing their work. If it were a "Super7" toy, that's different. But to me, its not a skullbrain edition if the artist isn't a productive member here whose shown some of who they are through participation in threads that are not just their own toy.

i don't like this toy, but i don't like a lot of things.

*edit*-- i see now that this is not a SB edition but that the first 25 of 50 will be released exclusively to skullbrainers. that is still a bit confusing for the same reasons as mentioned above.
